The same Word

I found interest in a recent podcast and wanted to share with you the introduction.  Take a moment in your mind and answer the following questions.  

1) Who is the living person who has had the greatest influence on your life?

2) Who are you?

3) What is God like?

4) What is "The Church"?

5) What is "The Church's" Gospel?

6) What is Truth?

7) What is the meaning of life?

Answers:  All can be answered with the same word.

1)Who is the living person who has had the greatest influence on your life? Christ.  We have a God who is living today.   "I am with you always to the end of the age."  Matthew 28:20

2) Who are you?  We are in Christ.  "if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation." 2 Corinthians 5:17 

3) What is God like? God is like Christ.  "in Christ all the fullness of God dwells" Colossians 2:9

4) What is "The Church"?  The church is Christ.  "the church is His body" Colossians 1:24

5) What is "The Churches" Gospel? The Gospel is Christ.  "I decided to know nothing among you but Christ crucified." 1 Corinthians 2:2

6) What is Truth? Christ claims He is Truth.  "I am the way the truth." John 14:6

7) What is the meaning of life? Christ is the meaning of life.    "I am the life." John 14:6
